Important informations!
- After confirming the reservation, the deposit is paid within 7 days for a stay of approximately 35% of the total amount. By confirming the reservation you agree with the cancellation policy below and agree to abide by our accommodation rules
- On the first day of arrival, a pre-agreed amount of cash is paid for the accommodation, with no claim to a discount (eg: shortening the stay or arriving in a smaller number of persons), payment by card is not possible
- cancellation of stay 21 days or more prior to arrival, full deposit is refunded, only 10 € fee is charged
- Cancellation of stay less than 21 days prior to arrival is considered a cancellation fee and is not refundable
- during the New Year’s Eve the deposit is non-refundable
- reception is at cottage no. 11A
- check-in between 14:00 and 17:00

- release of the cottage on the last day of your stay until 10:00 am
