Important information!
after confirming the reservation, a deposit is paid within 7 days for the stay in the amount of approximately 35% of the total amount, by confirming the reservation, you agree to the cancellation conditions listed below and undertake to comply with our accommodation regulations
On the 1st day of arrival, a pre-agreed amount is paid in cash for accommodation, without the right to a discount (e.g. shortening the stay or arriving with a smaller number of people), payment by card is not possible
cancellation of the stay 21 days or more before the start of the stay, the deposit is returned in full, only a fee of €10 is charged
cancellation of stay less than 21 days before arrival, the deposit is considered a cancellation fee and is not returned
for a New Year’s Eve stay, the deposit is non-refundable
check-in between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
